Jasmine will provide practical methodologies for strengthening and maintaining meaningful connections with attorneys, clients, and prospects from different cultures.
- 11:00-11:50: Judicial Panel - Missouri Judges Gary Gaertner, Clinton Wright, and Brian May will answer all your questions about motion arguments, litigation, trial tactics, judge persuasion, and whatever you ask.

Gary Burger and John Rahoy will present legislative updates on all new laws from the current legislative session and how they affect your practice- both claims and litigation. - 1:00-11:50: Market Your Legal Business -- 50 in 50 -
Gary will share 50 great marketing tips and strategies for lawyers to build a robust marketing program for themselves or their firms. Gary will share insights of what marketing plans work for lawyers and recommendations to implement them.

John P. Rahoy
John is an experienced trial lawyer with a successful record defending clients in difficult jurisdictions. John has tried more than 70 jury trials to verdict, including many in the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis, one of the most challenging plaintiff venues in the nation. John has been recognized by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America and is a former director of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel.
Jasmine Chen
Jasmine joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2022 and is a member of the Business practice group. Originally from Taiwan, Jasmine believes wholeheartedly in preserving family values when it comes to family legacy planning. After her husband, Dave, and her became American citizens, Jasmine became a licensed attorney in both Missouri and New York. She currently serves as the President of the St Louis chapter of the North America Taiwanese Women's Association (NATWA), and was honored with the Diversity & Inclusion award by Missouri Lawyers Weekly
