  • 10:00-10:50: Best Practices for Cross Cultural Lawyering - 
    Jasmine Chen will teach best practices for cross cultural lawyering. You will leave with a better understanding of: how to recognize cultural differences; importance of acknowledging differences; how to avoid making an adverse impact on your attorney - client relationship and more! Jasmine will provide practical methodologies for strengthening and maintaining meaningful connections with attorneys, clients, and prospects from different cultures.
  • 11:00-11:50: Judicial Panel - Missouri Judges Gary Gaertner, Clinton Wright, and Brian May will answer all your questions about motion arguments, litigation, trial tactics, judge persuasion, and whatever you ask.
  • 12:00-12:50: New Laws- both claims and litigation - 
    Gary Burger and John Rahoy will present legislative updates on all new laws from the current legislative session and how they affect your practice- both claims and litigation.
  • 1:00-11:50: Market Your Legal Business -- 50 in 50 - 
    Gary will share 50 great marketing tips and strategies for lawyers to build a robust marketing program for themselves or their firms. Gary will share insights of what marketing plans work for lawyers and recommendations to implement them.
